I am one of regular traveller of Best Bus. I used bus no 289 in Kandivali east. The problem is that in the Evening there is so much pressure but still bus are not sent people hve 2 wait in line for 1/2 hrs not only that every day v hve to fight for bus. They say there is a traffic but at the same time Bus no 288 is sent frequently it has almost same route so y only this bus has traffice problem Ratio of bus is 5 of 288 & 1 of 289 y? not only that 289 bus route is also similar to other bus 282. So people of that bus also go in this bus where they have there own bus to go but v cant go in there bus not only that our bus stop is also one in the depo so if u have to go in 289 u hve 2 stand with 282 people who has choice of 2 bus and v have only 1 bus. On one is looking after this.
