Dont stop

Dear Sir / Mam,

This is to inform you that Bus route no. 85. MHO1, LA 5860. (time 7.10am) never stop at the KALANIKETAN stop. Even thouht the public are standing even after showing our hand they never stop. But why we have to show our hand to make them stop, it's their duty to stop at each and every stop. And they stop the bus far from the stop. On Tuesday 8th March he stop near the Opera house bus stop when no was standing at the stop were he waited there for 2mins and when there are public standing they never stop.
