Damage to car MH43X2098

Dear Sir,

BEST Bus with no.mentioned above collided with my car (MH 43 X 2098) resulting in the detachment of the outer tin covering at the bottom of the backdoor of the car and also deforming the door considerably. This happened at 14.00hrs at the Sion junction below the flyover (road from Sion railway station joining Dadar to Chembur Road). After the incident neither the driver or the conductor (BEST employees) had the decency to come and see the damage instead they just fled away with the bus as if nothing happened. This I am informing you as soon as I reached home ie. within two hours of the incident took place.

Please look into this complaint at the earliest and respond as to what your organisation can do about it.
