Rash Driving

I am a regular commuter of B.E.S.T Buses plying on routes From Bhayander to Goregaon (Dindoshi). Recently i have seen that best bus drivers are driving in very rash manner. The bus starts moving without all passengers having entered into the bus, this behaviour always carries a risk of accident. so, i would suggest that proper training should be given to best drivers so that journey is accident free.
