Hi,

I am daily traveller from Andheri (w) Indian Oil to Andheri Station West. I work at Charni road hence daily take a train from there. I had earlier made a SMART Card for the BEST travel from Andheri (w) Indian Oil to Andheri Station West & used to get it renewed at Opera House. Now with change in your systems you have designated depots only to issue and renew the same. Since I work 6 days a week I reached out to the closest depot from my work i.e at Mumbai central depot. There I was informed that since it is a renewal, for the period they cannot renew it there I need to go to Oshiwara or Goregaon Bus depot for renewal. the counters may be opened max till 7pm. pl help me with when and how can one do this. Most mumbaikars like me are working even tighter schedules and if this is the system that you shall work how may I ask does it make BEST more customer friendly. I request your suggestion as to how may I and people like renew their passes.
