Illmannered & rude behaviour of the driver & conducte

This is to bring to your notice the rude behaviour of the driver (ID no 61379/2) Bus no MH 01 l 8229 of route no 35 from Marol maroshi depot on 7th May & Sunday 30th May On 7th May me & my sis-in-law were boarding the bus from front door at the parle signal, at that time the driver shouted loudly at us saying cant you all see the back door, in a teasing tone followd by bad words, later on near the airport area due to traffic as the bus was standing one man boarded the bus from the front door but the driver didn't utter a single word to him. And today on 30th may at 8.40pm i along with my 60 year old mother & younger sister was boarding the bus from the same signal my mom boarded the bus but both the driver & the conducter didnt allow her to get in & instead shouted at her to get down the bus & that they will not allow to board the bus from the front door & she had to get down the bus, & so i protested both of them for the same & asked the driver to give his batch no for which i forwarded my hand, that person pulled off my hand against the bar due to which i got scratches on my hand & came forward to hit me & because i shouted loudly he had to stop & the conductor came & stood in front of the entrance & didnt allow me to get in the bus & literlly throwed me out of the bus saying get out from the bus, as if the bus is their personal property.By the time my mom & sister had already boarded the bus from back, as i went back to board the bus the driver purposely drove the bus ahead & i had to board the running bus, where too the conducter came back to stop me from boarding the bus & asked my mother & sister to get down the bus, which of course we didnt.
When i went to the depot to complain against this, the person in charge took 10 minutes to give me the batch no of the driver standing right in front of him & was not responding me in a proper manner.
I want to bring to your notice that both the driver & conducter are appsalutely ill mannered persons & request you to kindly take some serious & strong action against both of them, & request the Best mange ment to teach their employees some manners.
