Driver did not stop at the stop

Dear Sir,
On 27th Oct at Dadat TT bus not 43 vehicle no MH 01 LA 6658 at 6.44 pm did not stop at the bus stop even i did not heard the conductor bell to proceed the bus... indicating that driver was in an hurry to go back to the depost as soon as possible... Bus was not crowed too...
Firstly 43 no bus come every 45 mints and if this happen can you image for how long passanger have to wait for the next bus to come.
