Rash driving and damage caused

I have no hopes from BEST because this must be a daily affair for them. But still registering my complaint becsue the guilt of not having done anything to protect my own interests will haunt me throughout.

This morning on my way to work in my 4 wheeler, when i was a Ghatkopar signal about to take a right to go towards Shreyas, while waiting at the signal, there was a BEST Bus honking to go left. There was no palce to move. With an edge's gap, the disgusting driver move forward banging into my car, damaging the taillight and causing a huge dent in my car and rushed to the left of the junction towards Ghatkopar signal. He had the nerve to speed away wavingt his hand. I felt so helpless. The vehicel number that i could manage to note is MH01 AP 0344. This happened today, 7th March at 8.30 am in the morning. Are the authorities listening? Will anybody even bother to do something about this??
