Racist Comment

Yesterday i boarded bus number 110 registration number MH01 L 8663 from vidyalankar stop and gave 10 rupees to conductor (his badge no.45410), he asked me for change to which i replied politely that i don't have change with me he started abusing me and and passing racist comments. He said "You Muslim don't give change as you don't want to pay for the fare and travel for free"When other passenger gave him 100 rupees in-front of me he gave him change without saying a word. I want the concerned authorities to take immediate action against this conductor or have to take this issue to higher authorities or press.
