Dear Sir

as Schools are started Students want to take bus passes but issuing authority at mulund bus aagar not guiding Students properly, even for small mistakes they are sending studnts back to start same porcedure again. Officer who Signs the form takes lunch from 12.30 to 2.00pm while students are standing in que waiting for him for long time . but does not care for them. best authority should display all necessary condition in Marathi so each student can understand easily

so i hope best authority will take necessary action
