Went to best centre at Ambedkar Udyan in chembur on 02/06 and apply for smaart card for Rs 40 daily bus pass wide receipt number 360112060292008 and give date was 08/06 to collect smart card.
When visited to centre at Ambedkar Udyan in chembur on 08/06, where i stand in que for one hr. when my number come, they replied still its not arrived. After that visited to same place on 18/06, told me to be in line which was common line for collection of card and to renew and to apply for new card. I was in que for one hr, after that they said this is not line there is separate window for receive card, which was not displayed any where at that centre to identify it is seprate counter, and still card was not arrived. When I asked they repplied whenever it will come we will issue the same we cant tell specified time (All communication was in rude and abusive language). When i ask for any supervisor, said there is no suipervisor, do anything whatever you want to do. Again i visited on 22/06, they said your card is damaged, hence it is sent back and and you will get after some days (not specified any time) It means we need to visit there every particular interval as we dont have any work apart from this. again i visited on 29/06, still they are saying come day after tommorrow. It is harrasement unneccessary for taking bribe which i refuse. Will any one will look into this.
