Unable to start the project and misrepresentation by the co

Dear all,

I take this forum as a medium to inform you all about Bestech India Private Limited. The world economy has witnessed a slow down over the last one year, howevr the same should not have adversely impacted the willingness from a builder to start the project. Resources may have reduced but payment has been taken from investors and the co. is sitting on a cash pile from all of us and has simply failed on each count. The basic level of courteousness has also not been followed.

I have unfortunately invested in this project Park View Select which has not seen the light of the day since over an year. There are many such stories but no one seems to find their way out with the muscle power of errant builders for whom such matters are routine affairs.

We invest our hard earned money and fall victims to lofty promises and false claims by builders and their agents.

I would like to inform you all to stay away from any property of Bestech and in order to protect your interest please take an informed decision as there are numerous money guzzlers and cheats like Bestech in India.
