Irregular bus service on route 453

Hello,

I travel from Chembur to Kanjurmarg by 453 bus everyday since last 1 yr.

Day by day the frequency of this bus is going down.

Now a days i have to wait for 1 hr or sometimes more for this bus.

Many a times 2 buses comes in 5 minutes gap and then for 2 hrs no bus.

From last 2 weeks there is no bus at all between 8.40 a.m. to till 10.05 a, m. Why a trip at 9.15 a.m. which is peak time of rush sudden got cancelled???

Many of the times bus reaches to Datar colony by 9.20 a.m. but starts return journey at 10.05 a.m. why this much delay??? since there is no controler at datar colony bus staff is taking un neccesary advantage of having no control on them.

Why 453 route is neglected everytime???

Please the concerned person look into this matter asap.

Its very frustrating reaching office late everyday!!!

Pls look into it on urgent basis & try to reolve the same.
