Misbehaviour by conducto

I boarded Bus NO: 303 with registration number MH01-LA-6778 on 6th Jan at about 6.10PM. The conductor of the bus approached me for ticket. I offered him Rs.10/ against a fare of Rs5/. The conductor first refused to take the note and asked me to render exact fare. I politely told him that; I do not have the requisite changes. The conductor then snatched the note from my hand pushed a ticket and a five rupee coin into my hand. He then scolded me with a very angry face. He told “bap ke bus samjh ke chale atein hain “.

I lodged a complain at 'pro@bestundertaking.com' .I received a reply telling that; they are investigetting the matter but; nothing has happened so far.
