RUDE BEHAVIOR OF THE CONDUCTOR

Sir/Madam

I am 55 year old woman. On 09/10 I was travelling B E S T bus no. 289 to Anita Nagar from Kandivali east between 16.45. I tried to catch the bus from Growel co, bus stop. Bus no. M H 01 H9352. I was about to get in the bus before that the conductor gave the bell and the bus started moving. When tapped the bus the driver stopped the bus. I got in and asked the conductor why you are not letting people get inside the bus, (which was almost empty) he started shouting and said if you want to catch the bus stand on the road! I would like to know the meaning of it and I asked him thenwhat is purpose of the bus stand, he said" Go and ask the government". He was so arrogant and rude and an insult to the legendary BEST service. When I asked the his badge no he said to get lost. Still I managed to get badge no. which was 42615. I would like to know the reason for this rude behavior.
