Harassment by bus conducto

Hi,

I was harassed and insulted by the bus conductor on my journey from Boriwali west station to Vazira Naka when i took Bus. no. 244 from the station on 30th May. from Chandavarkar lane bustop. Over the issue that i was not carrying Rs. 4 change on me and gave him a Rs.50 note instead.

But after checking my entire bag i genuinely did not find any change so had no option but to request for a change. The conductor refused from giving and asked me to get down of the bus. It was 10.00 in the night and i denied getting down from the bus as the was already late from work and my 4 months baby was waiting for me. I had no option but to take that bus. He then insulted me by saying that i never wanted to buy a ticket so i gave him a Rs. 50 note. Also at the stop a gang of ticket collector harassed me over this issue.

Its always been that despite having change on then the conductors deny giving them. And people like me in urgent situations face humiliation from them.

Sorry i couldnt take his badge no. all i know is the bus no and time.

Pls do the needful if possible.
