Bus drivers fault and two person may be get injured bcoz of it

Yesrteday 29 Jan at 11.45pm a bus no 2406 leaving for Bandra (505) from CBD bus depot, but the bus arrived in depot had not stopped in the depot and started leaving.

Meanwhile my two collegeus where trying two get in the bus but the bus driver had not stopped the and they both would have being got injured and there baggage (heavy truck machine) would have fallen on there leg leading two big accident.

I had lodge the complaint in bus depot CBD Belapur but they showed no positive reponse.

So plese help me out with the situation, we had also being filing the complaint in CBD police station.
