Not stopping the empty bus 308 at bus stop

Dear Sir,

as i was waiting for 308 bus to go to vidyavihar, at P & T colony bus stop on 18th Aug at 1800 hrs, one bus of 308 came there and without stopping at the bus-stop it went, though i tried to show my hand to driver. the bus was half filled and next bus came 1835 only.and i and few had to wait desperately at the bus stop at the end of the day after works.

my pass number is 40182340 (vidyavihar -P& T Colony)

and i have already booked a complaint at vidyavihar depot in written. (no. 91 dated 18.8. 1940 hrs, i am doubtful abt the compl. no. as it is overwriten by them in carbon copy)

a very very strict disciplinary action must be taken against such drivers and conductors to avoid the harrasement to BEST paasengers.

action taken in this mattermay pl be communicated to me at earliest, as it has caused me and few others very much inconvience.
