Overcharged

I boarded a 40Ltd bus from Kalanagar Bandra east at 6.10 pm today, ie 20th Nov.

The conductor charged Rs 5 from Kalanagar to Sitladevi.

I asked him to verify the fare charged as i pay Rs 4 daily, twice a day for the same route. The conductor insisted that the fare was correct & refused to return Re1.

Its unfair as I dont see why I should be paying extra for his incompetence, he probably didn know the correct fares or just didnt want to take the trouble of issuing another ticket.

The conductors id No - 153719. He refused to give out his name.
