Improper system for pass

Hi

I have spoke to Mr. Vijay Bodkar regarding the stop which is there but not shown in your system due to this 1 of my collegue pass had been taken by the conductor of 224 bus her pass no is 40040809 as there is a stop anyway if we buy ticket from this stop or from mithibahi the cost is same rs.6/ as the fare is same to pass fare will be also same so please look into the matter and do the needful

Note :- As my collegue had already taken pass and now why she should buy a ticket when she had already paid for the same so I request to please do the needfull and send some SMS on her mobile no 9930138736 that she can produce the same arrange for the pass with no extra charge as this is your system fault not our.
