This refers to sheela Indane Gas agency in J P Nagar II phase Bangalore. Most of the customers are totally distassifed by their pathetic service They think that they are favoring the people. They don`t pick up the phone and their lunch break can span up to 2-2 and half hours. Hopeless and the employees of agency behave like rowdies with the customers. They don`t have respect for the customers. Goverment should take immediate action on such incidents and provide people better facilities or give responsibility to good agency.
