BGI excellent relocation
Cheated by selling my goods and not giving that money

I had to relocate from Bangalore to Indore last month, so I hired a relocation company called BGI excellent relocation Bangalore. when I said them to send my goods, they told me they had sold my Bed and sofa set, then asked them to transfer the amount to my account, they are delaying in doing the same. when ever we call them they said today tomorrow it gone for 10 days they transferred Half the amount remaining RS.3000 still not transferred.

First they told me my good will reach me on Monday 9th October and on Sunday 8th October they informed me that goods has not dispatched yet, it will reach you on Friday. Due to which my stay at Hotel was extended for 5 days. still no sign of goods.

Please help me in getting my amount back.
