Not received refund nor allotted share in BGR Energy Systems Ltd IPO

Dear Sir,

I applied for 196 shares of m/s BGR Energy System Ltd. I have neither been allotted any shares nor received my refund since more than three months have passed I am tired of registering complaints and contacting them but received no reply

Details are as follows-

Applier name -Sita Bansal (Demat account no is 10033301 at KK Securities ltd New. Delhi)

Address -Bansal and company 4146 Gali Barna Sadar Bazaar Delhi 110006

Application details -Submitted at SMC Global Ansari road Daryaganj New Delhi (dated 12th dec 07). Application serial no 3 –2399816

Amount deposited with application is Rs 94080/- (cheque dated 12-12-07) cleared through my bank account no 04880100007287 (saving account with UCO bank model basti) on date 14-12-07

I have complained many times that I have not received my refund

Emails send by SMC global Ltd (applied through)

Dated 05-02-08 to company representative of BGR energy at vembu@bgrenergy.com

But did not received any reply from the BGR or Intime spectrum registry ltd.

We receive only detail from SMC global Ltd that our cheque has been debited to bank serial no 101419 with SBI Delhi

I request pehredar to guide and help me to sort out the problem and get my refund (and compensation) without any furthermore delay
