Luetooth replacement

I have made complaint on 23/09/09 for not proper working of my blue tooth hands free and Nokia customer care decide that we should change the devices as in cannot be repair so i gave them for replacement on same date 29/09 then they made a mistake in witting by executive they have written BH-105 instead of BH-103 so when they called me to take my hands free i saw they gave me another hands free when i ask why are you giving me this hands free so they came to know that they have written wrong number of blue tooth hands free. so from the last month i have to wait for my blue tooth hands free. My Job Sheet Number is 450 504867. I have no other options left but to move in consumer court for unnecessary trouble to me because of fault mu Nokia customer care.
