Poor service

Acttuly, we are Indane gas customer but my complaint against indane gas agency which is located in Siyana distt. Bulandshahr state U.P countery India. The service provider (Bhagwati Gas agency) delivers very poor service to customer and they have no sence of talking.they sell gas cylinder in black in the market and say to the customer you will get your gas after 50 days and after booking gas they deliver it to after 8 to 10 days saying no gas cylinder is available in stock. So i request you please take appropreate action about this gas agency. my gas connection owner is mahendra singh tyagi patti dahar Siyana. I will be thankful.
