Let fee charge

Dear Sir,

In february we missing to pay in time due payment for two days and inform to your customer care officer by the phone talk and he agree with us to reverse late fee and check return charges, but still dated no any reverse in our statement and they increase day by day finance charge as per rules.then after we try to talk with your customer care officer, but without proper information they are not receive our complaintand they advice us write a letter to HYDRABAD Office and provide your birth date & phone no. then after update your data we can listen your complaint.already we send our latest information to bank and also forward request to reverse our all late fee and finance charge.

For your information as per your customer care officer last month we send minimum due amount as a token of our late fee or fine, so we request to you we are your regular customer please consider our request and reverse us all the due still dated mention in our credit card statement.

Please extaint your co - operation and support in this matter.
