Cheque return - penalty charges

I had taken loan for Two-wheeler from Bhagyodaya Co-Op. Bank Ltd., at Shyamal Branch, Ahmedabad

on Aug 06. The Loan Manager demaded 36 cheques 1 security cheque.

I have paid all installment for loan with penaly charge Rs 250/- for cheque return because of date written by bank employee wrongly.

I had written cheques in all 36 with date, a/c name, amount and amount in word and signature

and 1 security cheque written with only a/c name, amount and signature. There was no date and amount in word mentioned in cheque.

But bank had used security cheque and added date by his employee as 10/5 instead of 10/5. There is also remains 2 cheques.

The Bhagyodaya Co.op. Bank had charged penaly of Rs.250/- for cheque return to my a/c.

There was not my mistake to written wrong date but Bhagyodaya Bank had charged in my a/c.

Kindly give me suggestion for the same.
