New Fan of make 'Priya Gold' found damaged and sub-standard

RE- Bill Ref - Nil dated 14/7

Under above referred bill I have purchased a 4 blade small fan for Rs. 820/- from Bhairav Electronics, Shop No-11, Shree Chhatapati Shivaji Chowk, Thane 401107. (Tel - 28455334/28455224) On opening the product it was found to be damaged and un-usable. I informed shop owner and they replaced with new fan. Now the replaced second fan seems to be damaged too and Owner Mr Bhairav is not willing to replace. I am in a fix with the damaged product in hand.

Request to to please help me file a legal consumer complaint against owner so that he cannot cheat anyone again.
