Dear Sir,
I have been facing the unnecessary charges as “64611030DWN_PRM”. AS per my knowledge I am facing this problem from past 6 months and still this is continuing still. When were I gave a call they have refunded my amount. I have several time walk down to the airtel outlet and wasted the whole day, mainly times I gave the mobile to check and confirm that I do not have any of the setting related to the Masala or WAP enabled services.
Please do the needful ASAP.
