Not get My PF Or any Information abt this

I am working with Bharat Bpo (O/S. Of railway Inqury Western Zone) In Ahemdabad 1 years and my PF No. UP/40123/2186 and i submeet my pf withdraw from befor 2 month but untill i not get my pf i contect for hr persons he say we send your form then you may contect withnoida pf office we have no any inform abt this so i request you pls send my pf a/c. status, and my payment.
