Dear Sir,

Would like to inform you that we are from Bharat Business Channel Ltd. taken airtel connections under Corporate CUG account. My no. is 9989026111. We have requested the local hyderabad Airtel Franchisee

S3 Enterprises, Coordinated by Mr. Satish (9989094001) to change the billing address from our Hyderabad office to our corporate office address at Noida. But we are very much regret to bring to your attention that Mr. Satish has got very indifferent attitude and he does not even lift his mobile to answer. We have got very good opinion about airtel but his attitude proves otherwise.

Would request you to take immediate action to complete the process of change of billing address.

Hope by looking at this complaint, airtel authorities concerned will take suitable action.
