Non delivery of bharat gas cylinde

I have booked for a bharat gas cylinder at engineers enterprise, pankha road new delhi, registration no. 16454 on the name of Anil Jolly on 25 july but6 havnt received the cylinder. I am daily calling to engineers enterprises, but they are making excuse everyday. I request you to look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.
