Debit of cheque without my concern

Dear sir,

with reference to the above i have issued cheque for Credit card payment for amounrt of Rs.7071.27 (seventhousand seventy one rupees and twenty seven paise) Chq No : 652198 Dated september of ICICI bank due to some spelling mistake, another cheque was recollected from me from your bank and i have issued another cheque Bearing no : 652199 for amount Rs.7015 (seven thousand fifteen only) now i have ecs debit facility .and the cheque i have issued in the month of september is now been debited from my account without my concern . because of this my other cheque has been dishonoured, kindly look into this matter seriously
