My consumer No. is 014418. I have booked for a cylinder for home delivery on 12.01.2009 with Abhinav Gas Agency, Bilaspur (C.G) (Bharat Gas). But till to-day I have not received the gas even after 26 days. I have reminded the agency repeatedly but of no vein. Sometimes they are saying that the cyclinder will be supplied within one or two days and sometimes they says that the cylinder has already been delivered. I think there is no proper system of gas delivery with the agency and they are replying casually. To get a cyclinder from the Agency has become very difficult and they are not properly replying also.
Kindly look into the matter and advise the Agency for proper distribution of the gas.
