Gas delivery delay

This bring to your notice that the day we booked the gas the day getting min 10 days late every month due this reason I hv no refill cyclinder as I booked the gas on Feb 02 and the date I got on Feb 18

Due this practice the day we are getting the gas the agency putting gas booked date one day before of the delivery date and next we are giving booking request they are telling us u took delivery 10 days back show we will give the booking after 30 days in that condition how we justify to the agency owner becz this is toal lapse from their staff
