Request for new connection are not being taken

I want new gas connection from the BHARAT GAS AGENCY, Bandikui, District - Dausa (Rajasthan). I went there several times for the new connection but they are always refusing for new connection.

I want that they take my request of new connection and give me the request number so that I can know that in how many days I get the connection whenver there will be availabilty.

But they are not considering this thing. I have to go again and again there office. They are harrassing to me.

Please suggest what can be done.
