Worst service

This complaint i am writting on behalf of my dad.

this is regarding vaisnov gas agency located at J.P.Road, shukla Chawl, Khar (e), mumbai-400051.

The local gas delivery person Mr. Jhumbarlal alias lambu who caters the service to prembaug building and surrounding areas is involved in black marketing where he is selling gas to non-customer of vaishnov gas agency at the price of Rs 400 where the actual rate is Rs 340 only, thereby creating crisis in the gas supply. the agency people know this but hesitate to take our complaint. I have been facing this problem for the last one and a half year.i am not supplied gas at appropriate time. it is high time that he needs to be removed from his job.
