Poor service of gas delivery

I am Ajay singh kaintura my gas booking no is 3939 on the name of mr. Bachan singh.i am regularly facing problem of gas efficieny at my home due to bad service of MANVIR GAS AGENCY (CHAND BAGH).they told us that to come after 21 days after the gas delivery.after booking of gas, delivery is also very late that mean in delivering a gas they took almost 28-29 day, whereas we have 1 1 cylinders but at that time both the cylinders get empty, i would like to draw your attention that we took two cylinders for our convienience but all in vain.but in respect of that IOC providing good service to their consumers in our area.it my humble request to the concern officials to take some strict steps towards my problem.and also confirm us.
