Transfer of my gas connection without my consent

Dear Sir,

I want to lodge a complaint against My present gas distributer: Manvir Gas Agency, agency Code is 581867.

My Gas Connection No. is MA33472

My Pass book no. is 506680984 dated 10/02/07.

Yesterday (15/03/10) when i went to agency to book my gas, they told me that, my connection has been transfered to Begam pur agency. All this is being done without my consent.

Please take immediate action on this matter. I need the complete details of the preson who is by forgery using my connection.

Please tell me what should i do to take back my connection.

I have already lodge a complaint to bharat gas but there is no reply. My complaint no. is 85117
