LPG Cylinder not delivered

I am consumer of Bharat Petroleum Gas bearing the consumer number 10296. My Bharat agency is located in Uppal, Hyderabad. More than one month back we booked the gas, till now it has not been delivered. And recently again on 22.12.2008 we booked the gas its second time but not yet received. Its so surprising that all the time their phone appears to be busy, If it rings nobody will respond the call which is makes us pestering. Atleast we hope we get reply from your end. Thanks in advance.
