Sree Raksha Gas Agency - DELAY IN DELIVERING THE GAS CYLINDER

This is to bring to your notice that the gas agency SREE Raksha, in Hebbagudi, Bangalore, is not delivering the cylinders promptly. The agency has a bunch of people who dont speak to customers properly and the actual reason behind this is that we cant speak in Kannada and they want us to speak in Kannada only. The invoice or the billing date on the bills provided show dates very close to the booking dates but the delivery happens only after a month, which is a funny thing. During the relationship with Bharat Gas of about 8 years, we haven't faced any such issues.

Me and my family would be very grateful to Bharat Gas and its authorities if you atleast understand the troubles we go through. From past two days i am trying to reach the agency people over phone, but not able to get them on line...
