BOOKING OF GAS

Dear Sir,

I have booked Bharat Gas (Consumer No: 47231) last month about 12th April but till date i have not recd Cylinder as i am talking daily to the dealer and daily they are saying that today they will delivered gas. They are also not picking the phone also even i have to try 2/3 hours to make a call. Kindly suggest what should i do.
