FORCED TO BUY PRESSURE COOKER WITH 2ND GAS CYLINDER

I had taken a Bharat Gas connection From- Debdutta Gas Agency, Burdwan, WB. Code No-461838

When I took the LPG gas connection on 23/03/10 I had to buy an oven for Rs-5000/- (1 Cylinder & 1 Oven). They told that for second cylinder I have to wait for Six Months.

Now today 23/03 when I went to ask for 2nd cylinder they asked to come on 08/04 with Rs-3000/-(Charge for 1cylinder & 1 Pressurecooker).

When I refused to take the pressure cooker they said I have to take because it is a package and I will not get the 2nd cylinder without taking the pressure cooker.
