Dear Sir,
I am a consumar of Bharat Gas Bilaspur vide Consumer no 018996 at Bilaspur. I have bookked refilling of gas cylinder on 31.10.2010 vide booking no.12011 but till date they have not supplied the cylinder ever after several reminder over telephone.
