No Home delivery?

My consumer No. is DG-23495, Agency name Deoria Gas Service, situated in Dist.- Deoria (Uttar Pradesh). Last time I, have booked refiling on dated 07-10 for home delivery, till now I have lodges 7 complaints against non-delivery of cylinder at their premises authorities, but result is lying same. No delivery is made to me, this is enough to say that, this thing happen again and again on each time for delivering of cylinders. please do something needful against the such agency. He is MAFIA for black marketing of cylinders in access pay of about Rs.200 to 300. If he is unable to provide satisfactory service, why not his agency treated terminated, more active people are in the qua e.
