Non delivery of cylinder after booking 12 days in advance

I booked my gas on the 23rd Oct and was told to wait for 10 days for delivery. However when I called today to remind them the lady who answered the phone told me I should wait another 10 days. Then she changed her comment and said the gas was delivered to me on the 3rd. NO one came to deliver the gas and I still have the empty cylinder. I am also at home all the time. I also called the delivery boy and he said that they did not gtell him to come. My token no. is 32178/2.
