Not Getting Cylinder On Time

I had booked refill on 17th Oct it was delivered on 22nd Oct now I am booking another refill they are refusing to book the refill. How can we manage on one cylinder for whole one month. My distibutors name-Shrenathji Gas Agency, Bopodi Pune-3. Thanking You.
