Irregularity in delivery of gas

Sir,

Since thare is rule of delivering the gas within one week. But the gas provider in sailasreevihar, bhubaneswar, orissa (Aparajita gas) is not provding the gas delivery after 15 days also.while complaining thay are advising to surrender the gas or change the gas agency.
