Non supply of gas cylinde

I am a consumer of Bharat Gas for domestic cooking gas vide consumer no.018996 at Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh. I have booked a gas cylinder about 25 days before but the agency vide no 351877 don't bother about supply of gas cylinder even after several reminders on telephone.

It is surprised that the Bharat gas cylinders are easily available in market in black.

pl look into the matter and take necessary action in this regard.
