DELAY IN DELIVERY OF CYCLINDERS

My consumer number - 2107 (in the name of P.K.Ramakrishnan Nair) with Gauri Gas Service, Edathala, Aluva, Kerala. Tel -2838788. We had booked on 10/10/08, but till date they have not supplied. The staffs are not answering properly. Would request someone to intervene and do the needful.
